Bali Arts Programs at Pondok Saraswati

Here is an opportunity for 6 participants to enjoy a very special look at the Arts and Culture of Bali, experience rural and village Bali, and to explore their own creative talents. The program is tailored to meet the needs of individual participants and always includes special art events, life drawing, contact with local artists and craftspersons, visits, and the wonderful hospitality of Pondok Saraswati along with the delights of Ubud just 10 minutes away. This is a wonderful package for those wanting an out of the way stimulating, creative break in a safe rural setting.

Pleas not that our July visit is full. Our next visit is planned for November .

Program includes studio life drawing. Drawing with a local group, and some portrait work as agreed by the group. Minimum of 3 hours drawing per day, studio available at all times. Tuition available as requested. General paper, some materials, cover tissue, boards provided. We have a good local art shop. No model fees.

You provide easel, specialist papers and your preferred materials. Please note that oil paints are not permitted to be transported on planes without prior permission from the airline.

Cost.
A$1000 per participant. This covers individual [not shared] accommodation [bedroom,living room and garden bathroom] Balinese style, and breakfast.
Shared with non participating partner add $200.
Does not include airport transfers $35 max, [less if shared.] Lunch or dinner, drinks, laundry, local transport. Insurance or cost of air ticket [currently around A$350 return]
